Turkish Penal Procedure Code

Turkish Criminal Procedure Law has developed since 2016 in re-spect of protection human rights and efficiency of criminal justice system. There have been difficulties in the time of state of emergency. Since, 2018, hovvever this system returned to normal again, and the "Action Plan" for restoring human rights of March 2021 shall have new impacts on amendments in criminal procedure.
