This book includes the unofficial English translation of the provisions of Turkish Commercial Code. Commercial enterprise, companies, negotiable instruments, carriage, sea trade and insurance have been regulated in Turkish Commercial Code.

Our book includes all these areas except sea trade. Sea trade shall be available in second edition. We hope, this translation work shall be helpful for many, including academics, lawyers and investors.
